- I understand that in placing an order, I will receive an email from my provider which may take up to a week for me to receive.
- I understand that receiving my product after the email may take up to two weeks at max. I will be notified if it takes longer. The amount of time it will take for me to get my wig, along with the price, will be listed on the email I will get from my provider.
- I understand that I am responsible for the shipping fees.
- I understand that I cannot get refunds or return my product after the money has been paid.
- I understand that I must pay before receiving my wig.
- I understand that I am not allowed to email, call, or text my seller/owner of this company for any complaints. All complaints must be addressed in this form, with the first and last name, email, order number, and complaint boxes filled in.
- Order numbers must be addressed in this form for my complaint to be taken into consideration.
- I understand that I am responsible for filling out all the information on this form for my purchase. Any information left out will not be taken into consideration when making my custom product.
- Note: Please read the care instructions for your wig when you get one with your purchase.
- Note: Making purchases and addressing complaints are part of the same form. ONLY fill out whatever is applicable to you. Thank you.
